How the deposit works

The rest is due when your report or photos are delivered.

Cancel with 48 hours' notice for a full refund
Cancel at least 48 hours before the booked flight and your deposit is refunded in full. With less notice, it isn't refunded.

You can move the date
Let me know at least 48 hours before the flight and you keep your deposit.

Weather delays cost nothing
If the weather or airspace means I have to rearrange, your deposit carries over to the new date.
