Privacy policy
Last updated: 8 October 2026
Nabarro Aerial is a sole trader business run by Zach Nabarro, providing drone roof surveys, solar feasibility surveys, aerial photography and related services in and around South London. This policy explains what personal data this website collects, why, and what your rights are.
What I collect
When you submit the quote form, I collect:
- Your name, email address, and phone number if you give one
- What best describes you (homeowner, estate agent, roofer, and so on)
- The service(s) you're asking about
- The property postcode and property type
- Preferred dates, notes about the job, and how you heard about me, if you fill those in
- Your IP address, used only to prevent spam and abuse of the form
This site doesn't take payments. If you book, you pay your deposit on a secure page run by Stripe, where you enter your name and contact details, the property postcode and your card details. Your card details go to Stripe. I never see or store your full card number.
Why I collect it
To respond to your quote request, work out whether I can cover your area, and get in touch about booking a survey. Your IP address is used briefly to rate-limit form submissions and check the spam-protection widget, so the form isn't abused by bots.
Who else sees it
I use a small number of processors to run this site and respond to enquiries:
- Cloudflare — hosts the site, stores quote request data, and provides the spam-protection widget and cookieless analytics on the form.
- Resend — sends the confirmation email to you and the notification email to me when you submit the form.
- Stripe — takes card payments, such as the booking deposit, and emails your receipt. It receives the details you enter on its payment page.
I don't sell your data, and I don't share it with anyone else for marketing purposes.
Drone imagery and your property
This is property and roof imagery, not surveillance of people. Every flight is checked against current airspace restrictions before it's booked in. In anything I publish:
- Faces and number plates are blurred
- Exact addresses are never shown — area names only
- Location metadata (GPS/EXIF) is stripped from the image files before publishing
- Portfolio items are only published once the client has confirmed they're happy for that
A drone survey can incidentally capture neighbouring gardens or property from the air. If you believe your property or a recognisable image of you appears somewhere on this site and you'd like it removed, email me and I'll deal with it promptly.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you can ask to see the data I hold about you, ask me to correct or delete it, object to how it's used, or ask for it in a portable format. To do any of this, email me at zach@nabarroaerial.com. If you're not satisfied with my response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page will be updated. Questions about your data are always welcome at zach@nabarroaerial.com.
