The process
Six steps, from your first message to the finished report.
- 01
You get in touch
Fill in the quote form with your postcode, the service you need, and any access details — or book a short call if you'd rather talk it through first.
- 02
Airspace and weather check
Every flight is checked against current airspace restrictions before it's booked in. Most residential areas are straightforward; some locations near airports or other restricted airspace may need extra permission, or may not be possible — I'll tell you at the quote stage if that applies.
- 03
Booking
Once you're happy with the quote, I'll email you a secure link to pay a £50 deposit by card, which secures your date. It's refunded in full if you cancel at least 48 hours before the flight.

If the weather doesn't cooperate
Drone flights only go ahead when it's safe to fly. If wind, rain or poor visibility rules out the booked day, I'll get in touch to rearrange for the next suitable day — no extra cost for a weather delay, and your deposit carries over.
- 05
The flight
I fly the property on the booked day. A typical visit takes 30–60 minutes, and longer for larger properties.
- 06
Your report
Listing photos and video are delivered the next working day. Survey reports and 3D models take 2–4 working days.
Weather
Flying weather this week
I don't fly in rain, so dry days are the ones to aim for. Pick the town nearest the property.
This is a guide, not a promise. Wind and visibility are checked on the day, and if the weather rules a flight out I'll rearrange it at no extra cost.

What I need from you
Include as much of this as you can when you request a quote.
- The property address and postcode
- Access details — how to get to the property, and anything I should know about parking
- Anything about neighbours worth flagging, since a drone flight is visible from nearby gardens
- Preferred dates or a timeframe, so I can plan around weather and airspace
Worried about the neighbours?
If you'd like to give your neighbours a heads-up before the flight, there's a short note you can print, fill in by hand and put through their doors. The link is also in the email you get after requesting a quote.
